Welcome to Louisville Kings Select

Louisville King Select (LKS) is an elite travel club lacrosse organization geared to providing a team oriented approach to learning the game. The program was founded in 2015 by Mike Havill and Van Boudreau to provide the best area lacrosse players and their families a platform for developing both their individual skills and providing them an opportunity to be a part of a highly competitive team.  The program’s mission is to find the best talent by grade and place them into an immersive environment that emphasizes individual and team training to produce players and teams who can compete with the top programs in the Southeast and Midwest.

Attention Parents and Coaches - REVISED PROGRAM

In order to coordinate programming with Edge for this season and make training easier to fit into the schedule, we have revised the training days slightly. Classes will be held Tuesdays 7-815 and Saturdays 1-215pm, open to all age groups and LKS athletes. Each athlete will have 2 training days a week and the program will run for 3 months starting November 4th.

Edge Sports Performance is partnering with LKS this season for training. Offering lacrosse specific training 2 times a week focusing on acl injury prevention, speed, agility, conditioning and strength. These training sessions will be blocked time slots for LKS athletes only. We are looking to get a minimal of 20 athletes signed up for this program.

Testing and laser timing
One of our programs biggest benefits is tracked progress. Each athlete will be tested on a laser for a 10 yard split(acceleration/speed) and a pro-agility(change of direction/speed). This type of testing tracks progress and shows results. Over the summer we had 100% retention of athletes improving on their times with this type of testing, if they showed up consistently.

Start date - November 5th
Training days
Tuesday 700-815pm All LKS Teams
Saturday 100-215pm All LKS Teams
Pricing/Duration- $89 per month for 3 months of training. Nov 4th-February 1st.
To Sign up - Contact Brandon at (502)-594-5628 call or text
